This qualitative study explored the experiences of university students watching Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) videos towards psychological effects and mindfulness. ASMR were shown to phenomenologically overlapped with mindfulness well-being. entailed a phenomenological research method used in determining nature human regarding phenomenon through descriptions participants study. Snowball sampling was whereby locating additional informants expanded recommendation others for interview. The Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationship, Meaning, Accomplishment (PERMA) Model employed analyse written interview transcripts. Findings revealed how viewed as applicable enhance their is also seen potential benefit improve mindfulness; Participants reported better ability cope stress notable reduction perception cognitive workload. A future inquiry could investigate on specific activities.
